Your first letter is free, printed and delivered. After that you pay per pack, with no subscription, and letters you buy never expire. The bigger the pack, the lower the price per letter.

What's included in each pack?
Every paid pack includes real physical letters printed and mailed via PostNL, a private access code per resident, access to the messaging inbox, and the interactive cadastral map. Your first letter goes out the same way, at our cost.
Do credits expire?
Credits never expire. Buy when you're ready and use them at your own pace.
Can I use DoorLetter as a buyer's agent for multiple clients?
Yes. Create one account and buy credits in bulk. Send letters on behalf of multiple clients from the same dashboard. From 500 letters I make a custom price; send me a message via the contact page.
How quickly are letters delivered?
Letters are printed and dispatched within 1 working day via PostNL. Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Can I use the interactive map to select addresses?
The cadastral map is available to all logged-in users. Click parcels, select individual homes and apartments, and send your selection straight to the send page.
Is the free letter a real letter?
Yes. Your first letter is printed and delivered by PostNL just like a paid one; we cover printing and postage. One free letter per account, once you have verified your e-mail address. If the resident is already on DoorLetter, your letter lands in their inbox straight away.
Are there any subscription fees?
Buying letters is credit-based: pay only for what you send, and credits never expire. There is no subscription. Homeowners can buy Seller Visibility: €9,99 for 30 days, after which it stops by itself.
How do homeowners get a buyer's contact details?
Buyer notes are anonymous by default. You see their profile (budget, timeline, area) but not their identity. When you're ready to talk, unlock a single lead for €9,99, or unlock every buyer (now and future) for €29. You can always reply for free through the anonymous inbox without unlocking.
