Withdraw from a purchase
You have 14 days to change your mind after a purchase. Fill in which purchase you are withdrawing from and confirm. You get an acknowledgement by email straight away, and your money back within 14 days to the payment method you used.
- Letters: you get the money back for the letters you have not sent. Letters already sent are paid for.
- Visibility to buyers: you only pay for the days your home was visible.
- A buyer's contact details: these cannot be withdrawn once you have seen them, because you asked for that at checkout.
